WINS – Work In Nova Scotia
Immigrant Settlement and Integration Services offer an integrated employment and workplace language program - Work in Nova Scotia (WINS). WINS provides a customized, client-centred and menu-driven bridging service for the workforce integration of newcomers within Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and increasingly, across the province.
The program embraces the overall employment support process from employment counselling to bridging work placement, professional mentoring, employment referrals and English in the workplace.
